As Picnik’s first employee, worked alongside the co-founders to craft branding, user experience, user interface, and visual design along with Picnik’s custom Flex skin and MXML layout. The position has since evolved to include the management of a growing creative team, while still remaining hands-on.

Worked as creative lead on many Real Networks properties, including the Mac OS X desktop Real Player application, Windows Real Player, Linux Helix and Real Players, RealGuide, RollingStone.com and both internal and external facing marketing materials.
